ExpressPass Account Online Payment User Agreement
This User Agreement ('Agreement') is a contract between you ExpressPass Toll Patron)
and the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission (NFBC) and applies to your use of
the NFBC's ExpressPass Online Payment System. In order to continue, you must read, agree
with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
The NFBC may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version
on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.

ExpressPass Toll Patron Agreement:
In order to use the ExpressPass Online Payment System to replenish the funds
on your account, you must first register your ExpressPass Toll Account
for Online Payments via the ExpressPass Online Payment Web Page. You must supply a
valid EMail address, NFBC ExpressPass Card Number or Card ID Number and a valid password.
You, the ExpressPass Toll Patron, agree to provide the NFBC with your contact
information for the purpose of communication via Regular Mail and/or Email
between yourself and the NFBC concerning your ExpressPass Toll Account.
The information required is:
1. Contact Information: Full Name, Address, City, Country, State/Province,
Zip/Postal Code, Telephone Number and Email Address.
You, the ExpressPass Toll Patron, agree to provide sufficient information in order
to process Credit Card transactions for the purpose of adding funds
to your ExpressPass Toll Account via the ExpressPass Online Payment System
The information required for credit card transactions to be processed is:
1. Contact Information: Full Name, Address, City, Country, State/Province and
Zip/Postal Code
2. Payment Information: Credit Card Number, Expiry Date and CVV2 number
You, the ExpressPass Toll Patron, agree to be responsible for any service fees or charges
applied to your credit card by your banking or credit institution for making
online credit card transactions via the NFBC's ExpressPass Online Payment System
You, the ExpressPass Toll Patron, agree to have your credit card transaction charged
in the currency indicated on your ExpressPass Toll Account. At present, all
transactions are processed through a Canadian bank, therefore when a U.S. Credit Card
is used, it may be subject to foreign banking or transaction fees based upon your
agreement with your credit card provider. If activating recurring payments, your
credit card will be automatically charged the recurring payment amount that
was selected when you registered for recurring payments.
For Example:
If you enrolled your ExpressPass Card for a toll account in USD (US Currency) and you use
a CAD (Canadian Currency) credit card to replenish your account with '$20.00', your
credit card will be charged '$20.00 USD' (US Currency). You agree to be responsible
for any currency exchange fees and/or penalties charged to you by your banking or
credit institution for making online credit card transactions via the NFBC's ExpressPass
Online Payment System.

NFBC Agreement:
The NFBC agrees to only collect ID verification information required to process your
credit card transactions online. Your expiry date will be stored on file
electronically to allow for notifications when your expiry date is approaching.
Aside from approval status information, we do not have access to your
credit-history information. When making a one time credit card payment, you must
provide your credit card information for each replenishment. When enabling recurring
payments or changing payment information for recurring payments, you may need to provide
your credit card information to be verified. When your low balance value
is reached your credit card will be charged the amount selected
in the 'recurring payment amount' field.
All credit card transactions are final and no credit card transactions can be
voided or refunded via this website. If you require a refund of your ExpressPass
Card Toll Account, you must fill out an ExpressPass Refund Form. The form is located
in all Toll Lanes that are operated by NFBC Toll Collectors, and the NFBC
Administration Office. The form can also be downloaded from our website.
If you would like to add money to your toll account, but are reluctant to provide
this information online, you may replenish your account in person at any Toll Lane
that is operated by an NFBC Toll Collector.
